Your credit card details are used to pay for your OurTradie portal access fee - the fee may be different per agency and is detailed in your job details and work sheets for reference.

Without your credit card details in the system, you won't be able to submit invoices. The steps below will show you how to update your credit card details.

1. Once logged in to OurTradie, mouse over the Cog Wheel icon and select 'Subscriptions'.

2. Find the Payment information section to the right of the screen and click on 'change' to open the secure popup window.

3. Complete your credit card details in the secure pop up window and click 'Save card' to update your changes.
