Reminder - Client Hub is accessed using the following steps;

Dashboard > Home (OurProperty Logo) > Client Hub .

To view or update Smoke Alarm compliance information, first of all locate the property in Client Hub by searching the address and clicking the appropriate suggestion.

In the property column on the right hand side (you may need to scroll once) there is a section for the compliance information. It is easy to identify as it has a smoke alarm/ fire icon in the text.

Once you have located this section, Click on the hyperlink which says "Compliance".

A drop down menu will display, select Smoke Alarms. Your other options include Electrical Safety Switch, Corded window coverings and Gas/Co2.

Once Smoke Alarms has been selected the pop up window pictured below will be visible on your screen.

You can amend the current information (however you cannot change the smoke alarm tradie if there is an active contract in place) and add any additional info as required. You can even upload Compliance Certificates by clicking the blue plus icon.

When you are done, simply save before exiting.
