Compliance data is held against the Property Record and can be accessed from the Client Hub.

Note: smoke alarm details will automatically updated from smoke alarms jobs completed in OurProperty.

If you need to manually enter any of these details please follow the steps below:

For Smoke Alarms, Electrical Safety, Corded Window Coverings and Gas/Heating & CO2

  1. In the Property Record click on the link 'Compliance' and select the required compliance type which opens a popup to enter the details.

2. In the popup, enter the details and upload documents as needed.

3. Click Save. This will update the compliance data.
